Completed the infamous 20 minute run of w5r3!

I've completed week 5! I was a bit apprehensive about today's run but I told myself that I would be fine if I just pace myself, and I was! It was great running in a new setting and finding a lovely route to run in Cornwall as well! Onwards and upwards to week 6! Can't believe I'm nearly 2 thirds of the way through! How did other people get on with this run?

Hey, well done! What a feeling eh?... I did this run on Wednesday, I did enjoy it though it was a bit tough at times, slowing down helped and the time passed quicker than I expected. X

Congratulations to you Redcello41 and AnnaHod on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. 😊 🏃 Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃

The only good thing about that run is that it makes you appreciate the runs where you don’t stop!

As part of my 'runiversary' runs I have just reran run 1 of week 4, loads of other runners out this Saturday very sunny morning. Next week I'll go on and rerun week 5 🏃👍😊

Well done! I got such a high from completing this run as it was the one I thought I couldn’t do. Starting week 8 next week and none of the runs since gave me a high like the first 20 minute run, it made me think I can complete this and get to 5k

Yeah it felt so good to complete it, I think it's more than a mental challenge than a physical one that 20 minute run. I'm looking towards the 25 min run which is the 3rd run of week 6 and I'm less worried about it now because I've done the 20 minute run! Good luck with week 8, you're just a few weeks from graduating!
