Got to week 8 and for some reason stopped. Thought I'd cracked it, now back to slob mode. Any advice of where to restart be welcome. Wk1 feels too far back but really want to make the change this time. HELP

You don't say how long it is since you last ran, which makes giving sensible advice rather difficult. If it was more than six months ago you are to all intents and purposes a new runner.

Welcome back. Looks like you haven’t run in 10 months... so starting at the very beginning would be very much recommend. You’re probably fitter than the last time you started, but any running conditioning the legs had will have gone. The less chance of injury option here is W1R1
