No week nine☹ , after i badly injured my ankle during a five " only a bit of fun" a side.

I only participated as i was feeling fitter after

following the programme. So at least that's a positive to take away from the experience.

Resting up and taking it easy for now.

Calf muscle, starting to feel a bit better so I’ll give it another few days and see how it goes!
