Hi I had to put everything on hold no gym no running I’ve over done it with the gym and running I not sure what to do now and advise thank you

What gym work were you doing? I’d avoid anything high impact while running and concentrate on exercises that help running. Yoga, core and leg work, YTW shoulder exercise, but not at intense level.

Upper body and legs I notice this morning I very hot and my face fills funny could it just be a virus I had two strokes about 2 years ago should I stop the gym and running for a week

If you have any doubts, and after your previous history, I would suggest going to see your GP.

If they give you the all clear then start exercising slowly. Not sure where you are on the programme as you haven't given much detail but there's lots of advice for c25k in the link below. As for gym work, short non-intensive strength and core work would perhaps be the way to go, on non-running days.

Is your gym air conditioned? If not that could have contributed to how you're feeling. Same applies if you have been running outside in the heat. Also have you been hydrating all the time? Again, lots of fluid needed during this hot weather, especially when exercising.
