So I should have done run 1 of week 8 by now. But I've been full of a cold since Monday. And tonight I still feel rough but had to start on turning the stuff in the photo into a Wonder Woman cake for Erica's superhero 5th birthday party on Saturday. It's her birthday on Monday as well as my goddaughters 4th birthday so we have a party on Sunday also and then family at ours for Erica. I'm hoping to fit a run in this weekend and I hope the illness and delay won't adversely affect the increase up to 28 mins. So only a small update tonight

Get the celebrations over, enjoy them and feel better and then use a run, even a few days overdue, to complete the recovery process
