Ankle grumbling for Run 6.2 on Wednesday.Complaining further today and not looking good for my first 25 min tomorrow.
Coincidentally picked up this link from mentor IDT., in reply to a fellow sufferer, and I am so pleased to have got sight of it.

Been injured since 23/01/19 and trying to progress , following overuse and a poor training regime.
Even the C25k programme is catching me out with this Achilles tendinopathy.
At least I have this excellent paper for patients and will do my utmost to support myself and try and get to a better place. The paper has highlighted starkly how unsupported and lonely a return can be, particularly for those of senior years and in retirement.
Have a lovely Easter all you runners and my thanks to the magic forum and Mentor for the link.
Hi Tbae, Alan here, I would advise you not to run 6.3 until your grumbling ankle is completely better, give it a few more days rest before you run that 25 minute run.
Today marks my "runiversary" it was on the 18th April 2018 I ran, run 1, week 1 of C25K. To celebrate I bought a running waist belt in a sports shop in Glasgow. I also inquired about gait analysis and proper running shoes, they are expensive but probably worth it after going through the analysis, that means taking your shoes AND socks off, interesting but not just yet.
Once again if you're ankle does not feel it could run non stop for 25 minutes give it a few extra days rest.
