Hi

Thanks to the couple of responses I had to my previous post. I’ve restarted from week 3 and boy do my legs feel like lead!

I’m going to take it slow (that’s how I prefer to do things I’m not keen on) I will follow the app but every other run go on my treadmill which I’ve become accustomed too (too much). So week 3 will take me 2 weeks etc.

Anyone else find their legs feel heavy? Nothing hurts just heavy and huge effort required 😬

Your gong slow so the only other thing that would make your legs feel heavy is your not drinking enough do you think this is possible ?😊

That’s a possibility as I have never drunk enough! Thanks I will try and up my water intake especially on run days.

Very odd as I ran last week for 50mins on treadmill but only managed 10 yesterday. Hence start again and get stronger outside.

Well done !! Up your water intake and see how you feel on your next run - there's always going to be days we run better than others don't put too much pressure on yourself .
