W4r2 - legs!!!!!

Ok, so just done my 2nd run of w4, think I've just about sorted my breathing, it's not effortless but I dont feel quite so out of breath. But this is the week that's really got my legs! To the point of it being quite uncomfortable, hoping I can break the barrier, was so relieved to hear jo whiley say I'd finished!! I've done odd few classes of pilates over the last few months and i love It, am starting it next week more regularly alongside running so hoping this will help.

Great run... it may have been tough on the legs, but you got to that finish line. Now the breathing is under control it will help a lot. Pilates is good alongside running... enjoy that and run 3

Stretching straight after every run, as recommended in the guide to the plan will make a big difference as will following the guidance on minimising impact.
