I know this is likely just a false sense of security but i've just completed the 2nd run of week 5 and I feel great! There was no struggle at all.
Not sure why this run worked better than some others i've struggled on but I guess that's part of the journey. I made sure to drink plenty yesterday and even a decent amount before my 07:30 start. Did this one on a treadmill at the gym and maybe that helped also.
Run 3 is scheduled to happen on Saturday as part of my local ParkRun (my very first) - not sure if that scares me or excites me.....perhaps both.
