So after my last post worrying about how I was going to cope with 90 seconds, it was actually fine. More than fine - I was able to complete it all without feeling as bad as I did for W1R1. So you were all totally right! Thank you. And anyone just starting out, don’t worry about any of the runs, your body will cope. It’s very gradual and do-able.

Hi there come to give moral support...just graduated but had loads of running buddies coming back on here to offer encouragement to me when I started so now my turn. this is a fantastic programme and little by little you get there. It works... Never worry about what you can or cannot do just go with the flow is my advice. Have fun along the way
Thank you. You’re right, it’s such a good programme. Wish I started it sooner. I’m here for the long run haha see what I did there! so will persevere and however long it takes, I’ll get there.
ps keep a running log on your sessions ie how you feel what the run was like it is real tonic to look back on when you need inspiration for how far you have come...still have mine and adding to it
