Week 5 is just another week of workouts, all of which are shorter than Week 4 sessions.
You have done brilliantly to get to this point but you might need an extra rest day between runs if you are still feeling it.

You can! 5 weeks ago I was thinking about giving up on week 1 because the 60 second jog was a chore and I have just completed r3 of w5. Just try not to think about it. It’s only 4 minutes longer than the last run and you’ve run for 4 minutes loads of times.

Don’t worry if you feel you need another day to give your legs a rest. The C25K is designed to build up your stamina and you won’t lose that overnight. Do some stretching and maybe go for a gentle walk instead...whatever you decide you’ve got this💪
