I wasn't expecting such a brutal increase in running time and that was hard. I got some compression tights and did dynamic stretches for my calves and they got through it but only just.
Run didn't really go to plan as forgot my headphones and thought I would use my backup ear buds only to find my phone doesn't have a phone jack, so had to run in silence looking at the phone to see when to run, then the treadmill decide to have a fault and fire up a message every two minutes saying it could not detect me on the belt which I had to click OK on or it stopped the machine.
I'm feeling quite stiff this morning but happy that I managed it.

Previous to the last run I've had no trouble with breathing or feeling knackered my only problem was my calves. With this run and the full 5 minutes I did notice the breathing was getting harder but I think the calves would have stopped me first. The compression tights definitely help with them.
