I did it! Completed w9r3 at a local parkrun! I was really slow at 47:48 but I don't care, I completedM never would I imagine that I would run for nearly 50 minutes! This is an amazing programme and if you can find a really supportive group to to train with its even better! There were 70 of us graduating and cheering each other on today. Now to get my shiny badge!

Think we started as a group of 100. I was amazed so many stuck with it. But the organisers were so good, you couldn't help but be motivated.

It was amazing. Everyone stayed to clap and cheer each person over the line and then we had a celebration party and certificates were handed out.
