First run with out the app was hard I managed to run for 30 mins still.

I finally managed to tract my 30 min run on my smart watch

And I ran 4K in 30 mins not 5k😢

Not sure about how to progress on this without the app 😐

Feels good to be able to run for 30 mins even though it is slowly xx

I think I'm going to carry on using the app sometimes. I'm also just going to enjoy running without any pressure. AND I'm gong to try and do some hill interval training! AND going to try and do a Parkrun most Saturdays. Within a 20 mile radius I have at least six different Parkruns so I'm going to do the tour!

They're amazing! Most of us newly graduated C25Kers wouldn't ever have done 5k before and I was very, very nervous yesterday (my first Parkrun, my first 5k and my graduation run) and I had absolutely no need to be nervous - it was the most amazing experience. I run REALLY slowly but I wasn't last - in fact 15 people finished after me. The atmosphere was INCREDIBLE, the support from all the other runners and the volunteer beyond belief. It was such a buzz. You'll love it - don't be nervous about it - there is no pressure and if you need to walk, you won't be alone.

Okay..just run now... just for pure pleasure...Because you can.... because you are a runner... Run short, run long.. take your time but try to consolidate the 30 minute runs, but with no distance in mind :)

Do a couple of weeks trying the different runs, maybe have a go at a few Strides..?

Use your music to help you with pace... Rock my Run is a good one for that!

Then when you are feeling the love:) move onto C25K+ podcasts..they are so useful for different disciplines of our running and they do help to continue building up our stamina and core strength and our lovely running legs! And, they are fun...many of the Graduates still use them, within other runs and on their own :)
