Week 3 run 1

It's done, and it wasn't too bad ! As usual, the second half of the workout was easier than the first. On that first three minutes running interval I wondered if I'd died and entered eternity, it seemed so long. The second one was much more enjoyable, I'd found a very comfortable (and very slow) pace. The husband came along this morning but I'm not sure I enjoyed that. He's a chatterbox and I like the silence of early mornings 😆

I'm doing my first run of week 3, I'm a bit nervous to do the 3 min!

Since beginning the programme I always find that anticipating the run is worse than doing the run. 😉 But I could change my minds in the later weeks !

Go for it !
