Anyone else sailing through the runs as a newbie and thinking is this too good to be true?!?! I know there will be some challenges and tough runs coming up but for now I continue to enjoy the c25k plan, this community and just being in a good place with myself. Wishing everyone a ton of support and encouragement wherever you are in the c25k journey.

Well done to you Jay on completing run 1 of week 3 today, just as a matter of interest I reran that very run yesterday to test out that my legs were still in running order, the run went fine for me as it did for you, you have another two run to do of week 3, enjoy. 😊 🏃

Thank you, I too am expecting I will repeat some runs along the way, it’s a good way of listening to your body and moving on when you are ready, so far so good.

Yes, I am always reminding people who are starting the program that they can repeat any runs or week's if they wish to, enjoy your running journey with C25K. 😊 🏃

Excellent! Well done. I didn’t have any huge struggles, thanks to support on here & lessons learned by “listening in” on posts, but there were certainly some up & down moments. But the Plan is really well-structured and worked for me over all. Keep the faith and enjoy the journey. 👏🏼 And sunshine helps! 🌞👍

Months ago now but I seem to remember I especially enjoyed week 3. But I only got decent shoes half way through week 2 so that may have been a factor.

If it’s working for you then it’s working. Don’t overthink it and don’t be tempted to overtrain. Just enjoy 😀
