Hi all, i had to pause my C25K in May at w5 due illness. Its been a long frustrating recovery and I have only this week felt able to start again. Thought I'd be careful and went back to W1R1 to see how I felt. After 2nd run I've decided continue to start again. I feel ok with the runs but also I don't feel I'm being held back. Also I guess the legs need to ease back in slowly. Great to be back.
It's good to be back: Hi all, i had to pause my... - Couch to 5K
It's good to be back

Good to have you back! I know that feeling, it was an illness that stopped me running, it felt amazing just to get back out there.
I still run week 4 as a training day.. It's just a great workout. That's what's so great about C25K, it's interval training... It doesn't matter what level you are it will improve your running. Enjoy your journey.

Welcome back... and great decision in my opinion. While you may have been able to start again a couple of weeks further on, it’s not worth it for the sake of saving a 12-14 days... the illness hit you hard and took a long time to recover from, taking it easy is the best way now. Happy running.

Glad you are feeling better and very sensible to listen to your body by starting again . Good luck 😊
