Week1 ...for the second week! No point moving on to Week 2 if I can't run all the 60sec runs . I go out on Monday/Wednesday/Friday and yesterday I finally managed to do all the 60 sec runs...just! Was so slow on the last one, but a great achievement for this old lady.
My husband has discovered what I'm up to! Hadn't told anyone at all in case they thought me daft but husband started querying change of eating habits...ie more porridge for breakfast, then he confessed that he had found my links to C25K site so had guessed what i was up to. He has declined to join me...saying that a 4 mile bike ride to work, then 4 miles home again each day is enough for him.
