Hello Sunday...ran this morning and thought I would try a new route and tackle a hill at the start after my warm up, now some people would call it an incline but I beg to differ and it was definitely a hill ! Took it slow and did three quarters but had to walk the rest...felt my heart rate go up but least it didnโt stop which is a good thing ! Once I finished my Nike Running App said I have ran the furthest total distances this week...was hard going this morning but still chuffed. Have a wonderful day everyone ๐ผโ๏ธ๐ผ

Thank you Jill, it actually felt like I was climbing Everest and ran out of puff, hoping there was an oxygen mask at the top. Going to try to do that route once a week, when you get past that itโs on the flat all the way then roll back down the hill ๐โฐ Have a lovely Sunday !
