Having graduated from C25K last year I have doing 30-40 minute runs 3 times a week, I has become part of my routine, I have lost 20lb too. Yesterday I had more time than usual a decided to try for 10K, I was surprised, it was fine if I kept a steady pace, I took an hour and a quarter but feeling great today. This time last year I could not do 3 minutes.

Wow! That is amazing. I’m going to aim for that for my runniversary! Very inspiring indeed.

Well done, but building up to 10k is best done by gradually increasing duration or distance within the 10% rule, as explained in the guide to post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Take care.
