I have finally done it! After starting c25k last March, graduating in May ans having time off August to December due to injury i have finally run 10k!
So pleased as its almost a year since I started the program and remember feeling as if I'd throw up on week 1 and now I've done 10k!
Did it on 1hour, 4 minutes which im pretty happy with

I've signed up for the Bristol 10k at the end of May- I started at a similar time to you, so it's nice to see someone else at a similar level too. Some folk have gone on to do some truly amazing things, which to me seem just impossible. But we are some of the many many successes who have continued with running - it's certainly part of my life now and I can't think of a reason why I would choose it not to be.
Anyway, your time is very impressive and somewhat quicker than I am likely to achieve. I'm still working towards the 10k distance - managed 7k on Friday so I'm getting there - 3 months to do to sort out those final 3 k's..
