I started C25K back in January, had two breaks thanks to a chest infection and a bad back. Now, finally, I have reached week 9!
I’ve already completed six park runs now (although slowly), so I hope I’ve got it in the bag! It’s just exciting to actually complete something I never thought I would.
I’m sure like many of you, I’ve found this whole experience life changing. I’ve lost 3kg and I feel so much better both mentally and physically. Anyone who’s just starting out on this journey, I can’t recommend it enough. Bite the bullet, and do it!
