Despite having three rest days between runs due to commitments, this morning I got out of the door at 6.30am and went further and faster (not that that’s the aim, of course 😉) than ever before. What a beautiful morning to be out early and I’m so lucky to have London”s Victoria Park on my doorstep. Never would have believed it possible 5 weeks ago.
