Didn’t go out until 6:30am today, I was feeling lazy. I thought this one looked hard but I went for it, I covered more mileage than previously and felt stronger and able to move more quickly.

Made sure I did lots of cool down stretches.

I cannot believe the difference in 6 weeks.

Well done Sazzles, good to hear it went ok! I did my 20 minutes this morning and it was fine too phew. 6.30 is a great time - you have the world to yourself - blissful!!

Unless I have to catch the red-eye down to London, I don't even know what 6:30am looks like, so I'm in awe of anyone doing anything at that hour, let alone running, so to me your achievement is doubly impressive.

I’m a natural early riser... have to be in bed by 10:30 at night though
