what a perfect way to start the weekend. Joined by my son for my run this morning. Was really lovely to be able to ‘run’ together. He is a regular runner, I was delighted that he was so pleasantly surprised by me, feeling pretty proud of myself 😉

How lovely! I ran with my daughter once who is only 10, but I will always remember how impressed she was (and also her disbelief!) that her Mum could run that far, it was a lovely feeling 🙂
I ran (non circular) on a lovely route but it’s mainly downhill - definitely running that one back up and I rang my husband to come and collect me at the end 🤭 he was very surprised how far I’d run and it gives you a little boost doesn’t it?
How lovely to share that run. I found that run the toughest from the program and you smashed it! 👍🏻👏🏻
Brilliant!Well done !
Week 6 run 1 catches out more people than any other run in the program.
Just 1 more interval run to do now 👍
I love running with my son when we get a chance. It’s very uplifting, Well done on completing W6R1 👍
My daughter is just starting W3 and thoroughly enjoying it too. I’m so excited to think we can all run together in a few more weeks. Our family goal is to do 5k together 😊
Wonderful!!!!!
How lovely. Imagine you all at your first ‘park run’, and all crossing the finish line together, now, that would be amazing! Well done to you all.
I love these kind of photos! Happy runners!Just perfect...very well done you...and son
Tine to relax now into the lovely longer runs. The new legs know what to do...just go with them!
That’s special Mrsmuppet. On a recent early morning run I saw a parent out with two adult kids: they were all dressed in black and looked like a little invincible fitness-army together. Never underestimate the power of that to everyone involved, including the people you pass. Well done.
Fantastic photo! A very handsome son and a beautiful proud mum. Both of you brimming over with fun and vitality 😍 Absolutely brilliant!
