In the navy no 7 shirt, crossing the Phoenix_Flames Bridge and then belting round the AlMorr Loop ? Because if it was, you were doing great ! (I was the small spherical person in the red top and the scarlet face 😄)

It wasn't me but I wish it had been - I'd love to run the AlMorr loop!

I do hope it was one of us!

I am AlMorr, ButtercupKid dedicated part of her favorite run to me and other people here on C25K, for that I dedicated the whole of my favorite 5K run to BCK calling it "The ButtercupKid 5K trail", I took several photos of it, could have taken more but the upload of photos only now seems to work on my Facebook page.

I saw your photos - the trail looks wonderful, a fitting tribute to ButtercupKid!

Good evening ButtercupKid, I hope you are keeping well, I have seen a photo of the 'AlMorr Loop' looks nice, it will be even nicer once the summer time comes and I think you mentioned that they are going to improve it even better. 😊

You say you saw someone belting round it today while you were running or having a walk, wow, I have a friend who I see regularly, he runs around part of what I call the BCK 5k trail in around 22 minutes, what he actually runs is around 10K from his house near to where I live round part of the BCK trail and back to his house, around 10K, altogether in around 35 minutes.

Hi AlMorr, yes, I’m doing a lot better, thanks. I’m repeating the programme from the beginning to get back into a routine and build up my confidence. So I was out today doing 1:3, and I was actually on the railway line doing the cool down when I saw this bearded bloke coming down the line, jogging like a good ‘un. He looked a bit shy so I ducked in among the trees and let him go by. Then I saw him again out on the Loop and still going strong, and I wondered if he was part of the gang, but I didn’t want to distract him by asking 😂

Did you realise that I also have a beard, have had it since I was 69, I am now 72, 73 next month, no, it wasn't me you saw today🙄, glad you enjoyed your run, just take all the reruns slow and steady, O by the way, today is Oldfloss's birthday, I wished her a happy birthday. 😊

I messaged her - hope she’s having a great day ! No, I knew it wasn’t you: I knew you’re a bit older than me and this lad looks about half my age 😀

Hi UNM, I 'tried' 40 seconds of that "sit on wall" exercise today for 40 seconds, that is tiring doing it for that long, legs got sore, the record for that is 11 hours by a Chinese lady, there is a very short video on YouTube showing her doing it.

11 hours????? Did they check for superglue?

She was Dr Thienna Ho from Vietnam in a time of 11 hours, 51 minutes, 14 seconds in a gym in San Francisco. She also holds the record for Samo Squats, whatever they are.
