That was absolutely mental!!!!

I just ran continuously for 20 whole minutes and I didn't die or fall in the sea!!!

WHAT HAPPENED!

I DON'T KNOW. I DON'T KNOW HOW I DID IT.

All I know now is that it is NYE and I'm going into 2019 having made the best start ever on improving my health, both mentally and physically, in particular my cardiovascular health and my anxiety.

Bloody hell.

Faaanks for all your encouragement.

I had Doozer there with me the whole time...

This is wicked.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Yay- knew you could do it!. The interval runs in Wk6 were surprisingly tough after that 20 minute run for me but once they were done it felt like pretty plain sailing to graduation.

What a great start to 2019 you have in store 😊

Go celebrate 🎉

I already feel like stopping and starting is actually worse than running continuously, however, I trust that this programme is set up the way it is for a reason. I'm not fooled into thinking it will all be easy just because I managed a 20 minute run. Just happy I did it though 👊

Lol I'm only on week 4 but peeking ahead to see how week fivers are feeling! Loved finding your post! I can't even imagine being where you are! 20 mins??? Seems crazy! But can't wait to try after reading your post!

Literally, even on the day I couldn't imagine it. I was proper worried. Somehow you get through it though honestly, it's all about keeping a slow steady pace as much as you can. I personally found that after the first 5 minutes it felt a lot easier. The last two minutes are a little tough but it's all about your mentality. Keep telling yourself you're gunna do this. Somehow, the body listens.

Not what you're looking for?
