Yeah you can do it... set off nice and slowly and keep the pace down in that first half... enjoy and then come tell us all how awesome you are.

Absolutely yes you can do it and don’t be nervous, it’s all part of the plan that so many have completed before us. Let us know how you find it. Doing mine on Friday too.

You can do it! We were all nervous, but if you’ve completed a run, you’re ready for the next. Just take it nice and slow and you’ll be fine. Trust the programme - it works!!

Of course you can do it Jenny, no need to be nervous, just talk the run slow and steady, after you complete it you will be very proud of yourself.

Yes, of course you can do it............but what is the big deal if you cannot.

This is a training plan designed to ensure that you can continue to progress, even if one challenge is too much for you first time......have a rest day and repeat, knowing that you are better prepared at the second attempt.
