It’s a great feeling isn’t it , I’m a week in front of you and just run for 25 minutes 😁 can remember week one and the struggle to run a minute! Trust in the plan is everything that and slow jogging 🏃♀️

It’s definitely mind over matter for sure but I did it so can now only get better fingers and toes crossed x
I’m on week 4 but believe it or not after reading posts here I’m actually looking forward to that run. Sometimes the stopping and starting of the running and walking feels harder than just keeping on! So bring it on and I will report how I feel when I’ve done it next week!
I've got run 3 tomorrow. I'm slightly terrified! 😂 I've managed OK so far but I found r2 really hard so I don't know how I'm going to manage 20 minutes tomorrow.
I’ve just done Week 5 Run 2 and am feeling quite daunted by Run 3. But every week I’ve worried about not being able to manage the next increase in run time and each time I’ve surprise myself. Just got to make sure I’ve got my positive pants on for Run 3 on Wednesday!
