Hi just completed week 5 last one I was dreading walk for 5 run for20 then walk for 5 ! I only went and did it so so pleased with myself feel amazing ๐Ÿ˜‰

Itโ€™s a great feeling isnโ€™t it , Iโ€™m a week in front of you and just run for 25 minutes ๐Ÿ˜ can remember week one and the struggle to run a minute! Trust in the plan is everything that and slow jogging ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Itโ€™s definitely mind over matter for sure but I did it so can now only get better fingers and toes crossed x

Iโ€™m on week 4 but believe it or not after reading posts here Iโ€™m actually looking forward to that run. Sometimes the stopping and starting of the running and walking feels harder than just keeping on! So bring it on and I will report how I feel when Iโ€™ve done it next week!

I've got run 3 tomorrow. I'm slightly terrified! ๐Ÿ˜‚ I've managed OK so far but I found r2 really hard so I don't know how I'm going to manage 20 minutes tomorrow.

Iโ€™ve just done Week 5 Run 2 and am feeling quite daunted by Run 3. But every week Iโ€™ve worried about not being able to manage the next increase in run time and each time Iโ€™ve surprise myself. Just got to make sure Iโ€™ve got my positive pants on for Run 3 on Wednesday!
