Week 5 Confusion

I have just finished W5R1 but I am totally confused! I thought the app said walk 5, run 5, walk 3, run 3, walk 3, run 5, walk 3, run 5. But I seemed to do only 3 runs which I thought were 5 mins, 3 mins and 5 mins. But at the end Jo said I had run for 15 mins - so was it 3x5minutes?? I am so confused! Week 5 has 3 different runs apparently so hopefully I will pay more attention on the next one! Do all the weeks have 3 different runs now? Sorry, lots of questions but I feel great!

Weeks 5 and 6 have three different runs and then from then on they settle down to three runs the same in the last three weeks.

Have you read the guide to the plan? healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

ok thanks. The good thing is, I didn't even notice that the middle run was 5 mins, I thought it was 3mins, and I was expecting another 5 min run after the third one!

I listen to the podcasts. Laura is very clear! I've just done W5R1 and ran for 3 X 5 minutes. I would recommend using them! Well done on the run!

Thanks! I tried in the beginning to do the podcasts but I'm a techie dinosaur and I thought I did really well to download the app...and I like to listen to my own music (actually my son's playlists on Spotify, get to catch up on modern stuff!)! But I wish Laura was on the app, everyone seems to appreciate her!

I did W5R1 yesterday too, it is indeed three 5 minute runs so the fact yiuve ran a 5 minute run thinking it was 3 minutes is brilliant! The next 2 runs of the week are both different too

Yes I am actually quite astonished it all seemed to be over so quickly! W5R2 tomorrow or Thursday, that might be a different story!

I'll be doing run 2 this evening due to a change in work patterns. Fingers crossed for us both!
