Everyone is different. I ran through mine and mine disappeared quicker. Just make sure you drink plenty

That is a very hard question. I actually like running round Craigavon lakes. So peaceful. Only problem it is flat. I have a 7k route which I haven't done in a while but its nice and challenging

I think I’ve read on here somewhere if it’s above the neck then you can run but if you feel awful below the neck then no ! Sure someone on here will correct me if I’m wrong...I did my graduation run on the start of a cold and was fine (just bit more tired) 🏃♀️ Hope you feel better soon.
