can't believe it, I did my first week 9 run on Saturday and did a respectable 4.5K in the 30 mins. I woke up the next morning and everything including my teeth ached. turns out i have managed to catch a cold. So frustrating, i was just two runs away from graduating and now i probably won't run for another couple of days as i feel week as a kitten! ARGH!!

You are unwell that can't be helped , make sure you are fully recovered before you start running again . Your runs will be waiting for you😊

From what I've read on here you do not loose any fitness in 2 weeks off so hopefully you'll be ok 😊
