W5R3 done!

W5R3 done! I repeated W5R2 two days ago as I didn't feel ready to do a 20 minute run (jog...) but managed it this morning. I'm now feeling shattered though! Just feel like falling asleep on the sofa with my aching legs. Glad I read posts on here and other forums about going slowly especially to start with, I actually felt like I was able to go a bit faster towards the end of the 20 minutes.

Thanks MeddieB, well done to you too, it feels like a milestone to get this far. I'm so glad I managed it but glad I delayed it as I was out for the day yesterday so I'm sure I would have ached loads if I'd done it on Friday instead of today.

Congratulations to both caroldavies071969 and MeddieB on running run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K.

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃 😊
