You guys weren’t joking when u said watch out for this one! I genuinely feel that was hardest run yet despite loving last weeks 20 minute run. Wonder why it is?! I considered giving up before the last 5 minute run and I’ve never felt that towards the end of a run before, usually only happens at the beginning. Anyway done now!

W6R1
Well done on completing your longest workout to date.
I felt the same - probably because it feels like a retrograde step after the first longer run which feels like such an achievement. Stick with it though. Just completed w6r2 this morning and that was MUCH better!
It’s only 2 minutes less running than W5R3 and there’s 6 minutes extra walking. It’s not like walking is zero effort. What it shows you is that now your legs are getting used to running, you don’t really need the walking breaks any more. By W6R3 you’ll be finished with them.
I've repeated this one three times now to convince myself that I can manage run three this week.
Like you, I've found W6R1 bizarrely hard going given the fact that I completed W5R3 without too much of a drama. I've even run W6R2 twice now and found that easier.
Elsewhere on this forum, people who've experienced the same sense of tiredness and fatigue as you and me, suggest that it's because the breaks are no longer that beneficial - in fact, they argue it's 'easier' to run non-stop.
I'm beginning to think that they're probably right and so I've resolved to attempt to complete the week this week.
Fingers crossed. And good luck to you!
