It was as tough as always today. I made it and was even able to jog a bit faster for the last minute.

I did have to really try hard not to stop. I have only stopped once early on in the plan when I didn't complete the full time of a run. I did that week again.

I am 100% convinced I will complete this. I won't be beaten no matter how tough the last few weeks are!

I did mine yesterday and felt the same, had real jelly legs when I had to do the walking interval and was hard to keep going but I did and have done all the way through the programme! We CAN do this 👍🏻

Great job. I tend to go faster in that last minute too, it certainly beats going fast at the start.

You’re 100% right too, you will complete this.
