I started the couch to 5k this week, and decided to start at week 5, my aim is to be at 5k by the time I go to Bali in another few weeks time (I've ran in the past and completed park runs etc, but not for a year or so). I've bought myself a new pair of trainers as my old pair are covered in mud (from park runs!) so no excuses now. I've just finished run 3 (& ON A SATURDAY 😮)!! 😁🏃‍♀️

You said you haven't run in over a year , people on here would advise you to start at wk1 and you could get an injury that will put you out of running for a while 😊
