Very nervous before setting out as my first time road running for years so out nice and early whilst everyone else having a lie in. Took it at my own plodder’s pace and suddenly remembered how lovely it is to run in the fresh air on a fresh morning, albeit foggy so wore high viz everything and looked like all the gear no idea. Found myself ENJOYING it! Felt like Rocky on the stretch for home. Yippee I’m in a good mood!

Well done, but rather than spread the unwarranted terror of W5R3 to the next cohort, you could have encouraged others by calling it Enjoyable W5R3.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Well done Noo1...love the morning runs when everyone is just waking up, sets you up for the day. There is nothing better than feeling like or listening to β€œRocky” near the end of your run...have a lovely weekend πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Yes although I did get a bit defensive with family thought they were mocking me ! Found week 6 run 1 a bit of a weird one today think my muscles are doing some building as they adjust and slightly stiff but this is all long long overdue !

I’m going to try to take it slowly as I’m usually too much too soon with anything then end up giving up as it hurts too much but am determined to keep going this time.

Congratulations, you look so happy on completing run 3 of week 5, it wasn't really dreaded, was, no, you enjoyed it. Run 3 of week 5 is a milestone run with C25K.

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚢 and runs πŸƒ
