Yayyy 6.6 on the sugar scale!!

I’ve begun running again after graduating last year, then lapsing over winter.

I’m dieting sensibly for my sons wedding on 27th April.

I completed week 5 run 3 yesterday. BUT THE BEST OF ALL !!!! My blood sugars have come down to 6.6 this morning. That’s the lowest they’ve been since I was diagnosed with diabetes T2! 😁

Brilliant... Have you peeked at some aspects of Michael Mosley's eating regime... ! Eight Week Diet).. we have incorporated some of that into our eating regime for ages..Mr OF is type 2... his diabetes is almost reversed... meds reduced etc... :)

Yes I have. I’m aiming to get my sugars back in the regular zone. I think men shed the weight faster than women. (Still not easy. )Do we know of any inspirational female ‘reversees’?

I get fed up when people think T2 is just weight related. 🙄. Mine is linked to genetics too ( family full of em 😂) but losing weight for me helps the numbers drop. X
