Went out this evening.... Didn't enjoy it as much as early mornings! ... I found it hard but completed it. I'm going to try week 3 on Sunday or Monday and see how it goes!

You have good runs and bad. I think I found week 3 a bit blah, but week 4 was brilliant. Keep at it x

Good job justlisa! You are doing well. Even if some runs feel really hard, other ones will be easier. And, if you like early mornings better, that is a good thing to know. As it happens, those who schedule their workouts in the morning are more likely to get them done than evening-exercisers. There is less chance of getting sidetracked by other activities and missing your workout. So go right on and keep enjoying those morning runs. :)

Thank you!!! I'll try lol.... Enjoy W2R3 xxx

Congrats for getting to where you are, and keep going.

You always get 'crappy' runs, but the good ones more than make up for it. No, I didn't believe that either, but it's true!

How is your diet? Do you eat correctly before running? A banana an hour or so before running should see you right.

Thank you. I was hungry before I left so ate a biscuit... Prob not the best idea! I think ill stock up on some bananas lol

I have just heard about a possible threat to the world banana supply; and it's not 1st April. Runners of the world start to panic.

I'm at the same stage as you. Starting wk 3 on Sunday morning. I enjoy my early morning runs and can't imagine running later in the day. Fingers crossed we don't get rain. Good luck!

Just back from Wk3 run 1, JustLisa. It's hard but it's doable. The runs and walks are spaced out just right, so you can get your breath back. Suspect I'm going to be really achy later though. I love the idea of having a training partner to help with the motivation, so hope you do get chance to run today. GO LISA ! We can do this!

YOU ARE ACE!!! I got up & your message came up on my phone.... So I chucked on my joggers, put my sunglasses on to disguise last nights makeup.... And did it!!!!! OMG that last 3 minutes were hard - I was expecting Laura to say 'you're half way' so when she said 1 minute left - the relief lol .... We did it!!!! ... Next date Tue? Xxx

Fantastic, well done you! It's tough but we managed it! I know exactly what you mean about that last run. Yes, really hoping to do Tuesday morning, assuming my Achilles has calmed down. I think I must have pulled it on the third run because it's been complaining since then. Have iced it and done some stretches I found on Google, so am hoping for the best. Fingers crossed!! Go us, Tuesday here we come!! xx

Hi Lisa hope your Wk3 run 2 goes well today. Sadly I won't be joining you because my Achilles is still really painful and don't want to do any more damage (having said that I may try a sneaky brisk walk this afternoon to see just how bad it is) Hope to catch you up later in the week! Good luck, let me know how you get on xx

Hi Hun!!! Gutted about your Achilles!! I thought of you this morning ... I had to leave to drive to Devon at 7am sooooo at 6am I jumped out of bed & did Wk3 run 2 .... It felt ok & I kind of enjoyed it.... If I didn't do it then I know I would have put it off, but knew if you could you'd have gone! Let me know how you are & hopefully tomorrow you'll be off!!! Xxx
