Well I don't normally post much on here, mainly cos there's not much to report, but I'm so chuffed with myself as I have finally run 5k this evening after starting the programme last July! For me it was literally from the couch, I wasn't doing any exercise whatsoever and at 57 had not run since my school days. If I can do it anyone can. One happy bunny! Onwards and upwards!
