I managed it again! Still can’t believe I’m running. This app is just pure wizardry. I feel like a small child that’s learnt to ride a bike. The support and encouragement here is what spurs me on. Thanks to you all for your stories, blogs and inspiration. So only one more until the landmark week 5. And then it’s on the homeward straight to graduation. So happy 😁

The programme is just a carefully constructed series of runs.........the real magic is in your amazing body and it's ability to adapt and strengthen in response to the demands.

Go, you!!

I did week 4 run 2 today as well and quite pleased with how it went. No stitch! Not sure if I ran slower or if it was the little espresso I chugged before I went out but felt much better than 2 days ago. Maybe just because I knew it was possible! Glad yours went well too, nervous but excited about week 5!

Well done to you too. I feel a bit embarrassed that I find all of this so exciting! I’m looking forward to w5 ... even if it takes a few attempts I will do it. Hopefully we’ll smash it together. 🏃🏼‍♀️

What a brilliant way to describe it! (I learned to ride a bike late too...)
