All ready to do my 1st graduation run last night but couldn’t go in the end. So I’ve just been. What a different mind set. I wasn’t running because I wanted to complete c25k but I was running because I actually wanted to and because I could! It somehow took the pressure right off!!! It felt so good I was a little naughty and ran for 36 mins and reached the magic 5k 🤗 andddddd another jogger gave me a ‘hi’ today like I was one of them 🤪🤣

Thanks. I’m so scared of getting a little comfortable and missing runs. But there’s no way I’m going to stop and start at week 1 again!!!

Just pick 3 days a week if possible and these are your running days that's what I've done , never missed 1😊

Hello run buddy....and really well done for the 5k ! I’m so glad you enjoyed it ! Love it when runners say “hi” back in the beginning I couldn’t breathe or reply to them 😂 but now I’m ready to give them a “high five” 👋 My run 2 tomorrow evening and I’m going to try a new route which includes a hill. Have a lovely week 🏃‍♀️

Hey lovely x x be careful on the hill, little steps. Isn’t it funny, every runner I see I think are they on c25k?? Are they chatting on here!!!

Yes did think I may do the warm up walk up the hill...then it’s flat...can roll down the hill on the way back 🏃‍♀️😂

I was the same last night. Went out and ran where I wanted for as long as I wanted.

I was quite stiff in the first km, the aches came back after my 5k graduation event on Saturday. But they went away after the first 20 minutes.

Beautiful weather too, wasnt it?

Im still having my rests but looking forward to tomorrow, although i might go to club for that one (I joined as they did the C25K programme)
