Just got back from the first run of week 4 and I have to say I'm very chuffed with myself. When I first started this I was having awful pain in my ankle. I'm now using an ankle support and this has helped so much. Still having a bit of discomfort and my legs are finding it tiring but I'm not struggling with breathing or anything. I'm really enjoying it and found the 5 min run quite invigorating actually but the last 5 min run was a little tough. But no doubt by the end of the week I'll be finding it easier. Or at least I hope so! I'm determined to crack this. I started it a few years ago and gave up after week 3 and when I told my 16 year old so I was starting it again he said he didn't think I'd stick to it! So if anything, I have to do this to prove him wrong!! Here's to the next 5 and a half weeks I have left!
