Well done to you. You should be proud, but get outside, it's gorgeous out there. Just remember to run even slower as it's harder to pace yourself. The treadmill does it for you.

Found W4R2 very hard myself. However, I did W4R3 this morning and it felt much better. Hopefully it was just a lull for us both.

I run outside - it is cold at the moment, but I love the satisfaction being able to retrace how far I have actually been, something I would miss if I was on a treadmill.

Each week I am running further and further and every time I drive past my route, on my commute to and from work each day it gives me a real buzz and I can't quite believe what I have now acheived.

Go you! very well done :) It is nippy at the moment.. I did a post on Bridge to 10K and posted photos of the snow on Tuesday !

It is so great outside, I love it and like you, do get a real buzz, even two and half years on, when I drive past places I have run to or from or in :)

You are doing so well ! Onward and upward :)

Saw the photos and was impressed. No snow down here in Eastbourne, but it was a frosty morning. I run around 5.30 am before work so it is quite a fresh start!

It is,,I feel, easier inside... but... outside is brilliant... :)

Just take her majesty's advice.. slow it down and enjoy the view!!1 It is just different, and so much fun.

You are on the way.. go you... now , take it out there and show the world who you are :)

I agree with Whatsapp - once you've been running outside, then every time you drive along a route you've run, you get a lovely warm (smug, even!) feeling. :)

Don't worry about it being hard. It IS hard! But it's not impossible. It's designed to push you to progress but not to be impossible. x

Take care outside in these cold, biting winds. Put some cream on and some lip salve!

Well done folks for sticking with the outside runs in this very cold spell. It'll be the making of you as runners. Be proud. Take care though of course 😃
