I’m on W4R3 and still finding this C25k malarkey challenging, but doable. I am about to go on holiday for 2 weeks and for various reasons I know it’ll be impractical to run while I’m away. So does anyone know how I manage picking up running again on my return? Do I start all over again at W1 (please say no!) or pick up where I left off but go a bit slower? I’m 64 so need to be realistic. I would really appreciate any advice from all you experienced runners. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and explains that you lose next to no condition with two weeks of non running.........pick up where you left off.
Enjoy your holiday and enjoy your journey.

If it's only 2 weeks you should be able to start where you finished your last run 😊
