....well not missing in action....more not been out....there I have said it out loud...to be fair I did have a blister the size of Texas followed by a pretty severe case of man flu for a week or so...still bloody excuses though...I got to and completed W2R1 before 'break' and tonight got my shoes back on and got out there....now I just need to know do I have to start all over again from W1R1 or, as i did tonight start W2R1. I don't want to 'graduate' under false pretenses. Hard tonight but got it done. Well done to all of you on whatever week you're in for sticking to it ๐Ÿ™‚

Well done for getting back out there๐Ÿ‘ That really can be the hardest part. If you managed today ok I'd move on to the next one, I'm no expert though๐Ÿ™„

Good luck ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜€

Thankyou๐Ÿ‘ I'd say I'm doing .....so so๐Ÿ™„ W4r3 was supposed to be today but my legs are sooooo heavy I've decided to have an extra rest day๐Ÿ˜‰ Like all the good people on here say... It's not a race๐Ÿ™‚ Extra rest days seem to be my theme at the moment๐Ÿ˜Š Slow and steady is my mantra๐Ÿ‘

Helllllooooo theshrinkingbride ๐Ÿ™‚ how the devil are you...Yes I am returned and pounding the streets like a seasoned pro....W2R2 tomorrow and I cannot wait....to feel like I'm going to have a heart attack with every step, trying to work out how to breathe (been doing that for 46 years without a problem...go for a run and it all goes out the window ๐Ÿ™‚) my legs not seeming to move when I lift my knees and tears streaming down my cheeks at the end while I curl up in a featal position LOL...hope all going well with you and your running ๐Ÿ™‚

I'm doing fine. Last day of week 7 tomorrow (Tuesday) then I move onto week 8, I'm so close to graduation I can all but taste it - I'm also gearing up for a 5k run in aid of Welsh Children's Hospice

I'd've counted last night as W2R2, never mind W2R1 again. If you complete a run, that's good enough!
