Missing in Action

....well not missing in action....more not been out....there I have said it out loud...to be fair I did have a blister the size of Texas followed by a pretty severe case of man flu for a week or so...still bloody excuses though...I got to and completed W2R1 before 'break' and tonight got my shoes back on and got out there....now I just need to know do I have to start all over again from W1R1 or, as i did tonight start W2R1. I don't want to 'graduate' under false pretenses. Hard tonight but got it done. Well done to all of you on whatever week you're in for sticking to it πŸ™‚

  • Well done for getting back out thereπŸ‘ That really can be the hardest part. If you managed today ok I'd move on to the next one, I'm no expert thoughπŸ™„

    Good luck πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸ˜€

  • Thanks πŸ™‚ hope you're getting on well.

  • ThankyouπŸ‘ I'd say I'm doing .....so soπŸ™„ W4r3 was supposed to be today but my legs are sooooo heavy I've decided to have an extra rest dayπŸ˜‰ Like all the good people on here say... It's not a raceπŸ™‚ Extra rest days seem to be my theme at the moment😊 Slow and steady is my mantraπŸ‘

  • If week 2 is do-able for you, then absolutely start there, no false pretences involved! :) Glad it went well tonight - you'll get back to it now :)

  • RainbowC I'm taking that as red πŸ™‚... thank you. W2R2 tomorrow it is then.. Hope your running is going well.

  • I wondered where you were. *le hug* welcome back

  • Helllllooooo theshrinkingbride πŸ™‚ how the devil are you...Yes I am returned and pounding the streets like a seasoned pro....W2R2 tomorrow and I cannot wait....to feel like I'm going to have a heart attack with every step, trying to work out how to breathe (been doing that for 46 years without a problem...go for a run and it all goes out the window πŸ™‚) my legs not seeming to move when I lift my knees and tears streaming down my cheeks at the end while I curl up in a featal position LOL...hope all going well with you and your running πŸ™‚
