Completed C25K

Hello!

Sorry this is my first post but am new to all this running. I have been quietly working through the programme and have completed the 9 weeks amazingly.

It really is achievable, something I never thought possible. And surprisingly, I really have enjoyed it despite the perspiration and very red face at the end of every run.

Thank you C25K for all the support, the app is fantastic and I will recommend it to everyone I know!

I have also enjoyed and found inspiration from the posts here. All in all it’s been great and I look forward to post C25K. In fact I did my first after C25K podcast yesterday and it was great. Loved the way it encourages me to run to the best of the music. When it started I thought I would never keep up but I surprised myself - just goes to show that the programme works.

Good luck to everyone embarking on C25K, it really is worth it andsurprisingly enjoyable!
