Start of week Six

Decided to rest for this week! Been Iceing my ankle every 1.5 for five minutes. Got a Gaint analysis on Friday to get some New Running Shoes. Will I have to start over from the beginning or can I just repeat week Six ? Thank you all for your Support. Best Wishes Tony

You should be fine to carry on from where you were, but you can repeat if you wish (you don’t lose your fitness level for two weeks). Good thing about w6 is it has intervals again, building to a long run (there’s no intervals after this). Just go nice and slow and you should be fine.
