Week six done

Not at all sure it's getting any easier - but managed run three OK and could have gone further, which considering I've not been feeling great for the last week and a bit is good.

It really is mind over gremlins at times

Absolutely - I found the gremlins have definitely been out in my week 6/7 runs!!

We can beat them!! :)

It doesn't get easier but you get fitter and stronger. Well done.

The pesky gremlins never give up... ignore them.. which they really hate or squish them with every step you take :)

Very well done, and if you feel you have some run left in you , that is great....carry on, slow and steady is the way!

Brilliant run , well done. Yes mind and body both have to work together for this programme, and it sounds like you nailed it! You are clearly ready for week 7, enjoy the journey runner! 🏃🏻🏃🏻‍♀️👍🏼😀

It doesn't really get easier because it gets harder at the same rate you improve (if you see what I mean!). So if you went back to week 1 now, it would seem very easy - but you've improved up to week7 challenge level. But massive well done for getting to the end of week 6. Three more weeks, and you graduate! :)

Cheers RainbowC - Yep I've realised that stopping is an option, not something you have to do because of a doubt in your mind or a niggle in your leg.

Nine runs to go - and the last one on a beach during a sunrise

Sounds like a perfect way to graduate - and with that target you've every incentive to get through the next few! :)

Yup, that's true. Mind over gremlins most of the time. Well done on your run. Week 7 on its way! Go you! :)
