Good morning, it's a beautiful morning for a run. Just got back from my first run of week 4. Did I really run for 5 minutes...twice! Yes i did. I am feeling so proud that I have got this far and can run for 5 minutes. It was hard and I really had to dig deep not to stop. Hopefully I'll enjoy the next 2 runs of week 4. Onwards....

Hi, I did W3 run 2 yesterday and dreading W4 as it seems much harder. Was it really tough? W 3 has been fine so far but my knees are feeling a bit stiff 😊

If you can do week 3, you can do week 4, the feeling when you know you've done the last 5 minute run is really really worth how hard it is. If I did so can you. My knees are sore too . Keep going

Well done! You’re smashing it!

I ran wk4 r1 yesterday. I did the shuffle jog and still struggled to run the full 3 mins then x2 5 mins! I was “jogging” so slow a walking couple stayed well ahead of me haha.

I think I’m going to go back to week 3 to make sure I can run the full times set before I go forward again. I also think I ran too slow however I somehow managed to do my longest run yesterday?!
